Votre impact:
Au sein du département Ingénierie et rattaché(e) au Product Care Manager, vous participerez à la gestion du cycle de vie de nos moteurs et systèmes destinés aux applications Marine, Power Generation et Off-Highway.
Vous accompagnerez les équipes dans le suivi des évolutions techniques des produits, la gestion des données techniques et l'amélioration continue des processus. Vous bénéficierez d'un accompagnement afin de développer progressivement vos compétences sur les outils et méthodes Product Care.
Gestion du cycle de vie des produits
Participer au suivi des problématiques techniques rencontrées en production et en service.
Contribuer au traitement des non-conformités et des dérogations techniques en lien avec les équipes Qualité, Production et Supply Chain.
Participer aux analyses de causes et au suivi des actions correctives.
Apporter un support technique aux équipes internes lorsque nécessaire.
Gestion des évolutions produit
Participer au traitement des demandes de modification (ECN) dans Windchill.
Assurer le suivi des évolutions techniques avec les équipes Design.
Contribuer aux analyses de risques liées aux modifications produit.
Participer à la coordination des actions entre les différents services.
Gestion de la configuration produit
Mettre à jour les données techniques dans le PLM (Windchill), l'ERP (Infor) et la documentation associée.
Participer au maintien des nomenclatures (BOM), variantes et options produits.
Veiller à la cohérence des données techniques tout au long du cycle de vie des produits.
Amélioration continue
Participer à l'amélioration des méthodes de travail de l'équipe Product Care.
Identifier des pistes de simplification des processus et être force de proposition.
Contribuer à la mise en place d'indicateurs et de tableaux de bord.
Participer aux projets d'évolution des outils Engineering (PLM, ERP, BI...).
Collaborer avec les différents métiers afin d'améliorer les processus et les outils.

Your impact:
Reporting to the Product Care Manager, you will support the management of the product lifecycle for our engines and systems across our Marine, Power Generation and Off-Highway product lines.
As part of the Product Care team, you will contribute to product change management, configuration management and continuous improvement initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and progressively develop your expertise in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), engineering processes and configuration control.
Product Lifecycle Management
Support the resolution of technical issues impacting products in production and in service.
Contribute to the management of non-conformities and engineering deviations in collaboration with Quality, Production and Supply Chain teams.
Participate in root cause analyses and the implementation of corrective actions.
Provide technical support to internal stakeholders when required.
Engineering Change Management
Support the processing of Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) within Windchill.
Follow up on engineering changes with the Design Engineering team.
Contribute to technical risk and interchangeability assessments.
Coordinate actions between Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Quality and Service teams.
Product Configuration Management
Maintain product data within the PLM (Windchill), ERP (Infor) and technical documentation.
Update Bills of Materials (BOMs), product variants and options.
Help ensure the accuracy, consistency and traceability of engineering data throughout the product lifecycle.
Continuous Improvement
Contribute to the continuous improvement of Product Care processes and working methods.
Identify opportunities to simplify and optimize day-to-day activities.
Participate in the development of KPIs, dashboards and reporting tools.
Support the evolution of Engineering tools (PLM, ERP, Business Intelligence, etc.).
Work with cross-functional teams to improve engineering processes and tools.
Profil
Vos atouts:
Diplôme d'Ingénieur en mécanique, génie industriel ou équivalent.
Environ 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement industriel (alternance et stage de fin d'études significatif pris en compte).
Une première connaissance de la gestion de configuration, du cycle de vie produit ou des données techniques est un plus.
La connaissance d'un PLM (Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia...) ou d'un ERP constitue un atout.
Anglais professionnel permettant d'évoluer dans un environnement international.

Your assets:
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
Around 2 years of experience in an industrial environment (internships and apprenticeships with significant responsibilities will also be considered).
A first experience with Product Lifecycle Management, configuration management or engineering data management is an advantage.
Knowledge of a PLM system (Windchill, Teamcenter, Enovia, etc.) or an ERP system is a plus.
Professional level of English, both written and spoken.
