Missions
Votre impact :
Superviser et valider la conformité des moteurs en fin de ligne d’assemblage, dans le respect des exigences qualité et clients.
Constituer les dossiers moteurs et en assurer la conformité au regard des ARC (commandes clients).
Gérer et mettre à jour les check-lists de contrôle moteur tout au long du processus d’assemblage.
Réaliser les inspections endoscopiques conformément aux standards définis.
Identifier, déclarer et piloter le traitement des non-conformités, ainsi que la gestion des FNC liées au montage.
Apporter un support technique aux opérateurs d’assemblage afin de garantir la robustesse et la conformité des moteurs produits.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes R&D dans une logique d’amélioration continue de la qualité et de la fiabilité des produits.
Your impact :
Supervise and validate engine conformity at the end of the assembly line, in compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
Create engine documentation files and ensure their compliance with ARC (customer orders).
Manage and update engine inspection checklists throughout the assembly process.
Perform endoscopic inspections in accordance with defined standards and procedures.
Identify, report, and lead the treatment of non-conformities, including the management of assembly-related FNCs.
Provide technical support to assembly operators to ensure the robustness and conformity of assembled engines.
Work closely with R&D teams as part of a continuous improvement approach to enhance product quality and reliability.
Profil
Vos atouts :
Le poste est ouvert à un technicien expérimenté, titulaire d’un BTS ou DUT (notamment BTS Maintenance des Systèmes, BTS Conception et Réalisation de Systèmes Automatiques, DUT Génie Mécanique et Productique – GMP) ou d’une Licence professionnelle Qualité, Sécurité, Environnement (QSE) avec dominante industrielle, disposant d’un socle technique solide en environnement mécanique/industriel et d’une bonne maîtrise des outils qualité (5S, 8D, AMDEC, etc.).
Capacité avérée à analyser les défauts rencontrés en phase d’assemblage et à proposer des actions correctives pertinentes et durables.
Forte rigueur, sens du détail et exigence qualité, avec une orientation résultats et conformité produit.
La maîtrise de l’anglais constitue un atout dans un environnement industriel et multiculturel.
Your assets:
The position is open to an experienced technician holding a BTS or DUT (such as BTS Maintenance of Industrial Systems, BTS Design and Manufacturing of Automated Systems, DUT Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing – GMP) or a Professional Bachelor’s Degree in Quality, Safety and Environment (QSE) with an industrial focus, with a strong technical background in a mechanical/industrial environment and a solid command of quality tools (5S, 8D, FMEA, etc.).
Demonstrated ability to analyze defects encountered during the assembly phase and to propose relevant and sustainable corrective actions.
Strong rigor, attention to detail and high quality standards, with a clear focus on results and product conformity.
Proficiency in English is an asset in an industrial and multicultural environment.
