Missions
Set the scope of supply for Data center and Marine Business Units,
Manage the buying process in line with specified cost, quality, and delivery targets,
Provide technical, supply and commercial assistance and participate to the improvement of products,
Ensure continuous supply of required goods and materials and communicate any supply problems which may pose a risk or impact on business operations,
Work closely with the Data center and Marine project managers and support to set the scope of supply and achieve each project targets,
Search and qualify suppliers related to Data center and Marine businesses,
Drive the PPAP process,
Apply sourcing policy, interface between supplier and entity with respect to specifications and budgets,
Contribute to the optimization of purchasing and procurement processes,
Drive cost reduction projects,
Manage problems and schedule changes and ensure changes are reflected within the ERP systems,
Choose service providers and suppliers (in line with the technical needs & specifications),
Organize calls for tenders to select the service providers and suppliers likely to meet the specifications / defined order, in line with each Marine and Data center project,
Negotiate contracts, improved prices, and terms of business with suppliers and review opportunities to make business savings utilising negotiation and procurement best practice tools and methods,
Monitor market trends, competitor strategies and market suppliers,
Research and evaluate areas of opportunity and reduce costs where possible,
Actively participate in supplier performance reviews,
Negotiate with suppliers and define the terms of the contract (prices, delivery times, etc.) with legal team,
Perform with the concerned teams the ERP setting (purchasing and supply parameters),
Set up a supply plan with the selected suppliers (local and global) in line with the S&OP and Forecats,
Profil
Marine and Data center business knowledge,
Good technical knowledge (mechanical & electronic),
Project management skills,
Excellent mastery of negotiation techniques and all the tools and solutions on the market in terms of purchasing management,
Good knowledge of supply methods, Practice of an ERP is mandatory,
Advanced skill with Microsoft Office,
Strong analytical and continuous improvement skills,
Organized and able to set priorities and targets,
Adaptability, assertiveness, and flexibility,
Good interpersonal and communication skills,
Management, good relational skills, ability to work in team,
Project organization oriented,
Must have excellent oral and written communication skills in English,
Result oriented, dedicated, hardworking, and can work on own initiative, sense of urgency, attention to detail and quality standards,
Dedication to fostering an inclusive culture and valuing varied perspectives,
Master’s degree in purchasing & supply chain management,
Proven purchasing experience within Marine and Data center business,
Proven Procurement and supply experience,
